On "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" this week, we observed that a Donald Trump speech, when slowed down by 50 percent, sounds an awful lot like the GOP candidate is completely hammered.
He is, of course, not drunk, because the man doesn't drink alcohol. But that doesn't make him any less of person you'd never want to meet at a bar.
